For the Record: Court Reporters Licensing

Are you aware that all court reporters working in the state of NH must be licensed by the New Hampshire Board of Court Reporting? (www.nh.gov/jtboard/ctrpt.htm)

Licensure under (RSA 310-A: 161-181) requires strict national testing and hours of continuing education.

Ask your court reporter his/her license number. If they have no number, they should not be there.
