New Child Support Guidelines

The Division of Child Support Services at the NH Department of Health and Human Services has released new Child Support Guidelines, effective April 1, 2009. Find information at www.dhhs.nh.gov.

In addition to the newest guidelines, this page also provides links to a Child Support Order Modification Kit and to a released report by the NH Extension Service reviewing the Child Support Guidelines and making recommendations for their improvement.
