Bar News - May 15, 2009 Choices for New Lawyers at Annual Meeting The New Lawyers Committee is sponsoring a special, family-oriented event for the weekend of the Annual Meeting. Lawyers who have been in the Bar three years or less are specially invited to participate in New Lawyers’ Day at the Annual Meeting on Saturday, June 27 on the grounds of the Mount Washington Resort. You and your family can participate in fun – and free – tournaments of croquet, volleyball and wiffleball. Later, you are invited to stop in at the Bar’s Hospitality Suite at the hotel for refreshments and snacks. Additionally, you can pay only $25 per family for a pass to use the resort’s amenities, including swimming pool, tennis and racquetball courts, and use of the locker room and shower facilities. Or, pay extra for golf, horseback trail rides and spa visits. If you bring your dressy clothes, you can close out the day by joining us for the Annual Meeting reception, banquet, dinner & dancing.
