The chief justice of the Superior Court is currently in the process of conducting judicial evaluations in accordance with Supreme Court Rule 56 and RSA 490:32 involving the following justices of the court:

Evaluation questionnaires may be obtained from the offices of any of the clerks of the courts listed above and should be forwarded to the address below. All responses are treated as confidential and, while their content will be shared with the justice being evaluated, the identity of the respondent will remain anonymous.

All evaluation questionnaires should be submitted no later than April 30, 2002.
