The NH Family Division has been holding brown bag lunch programs in order to evaluate how the court-annexed mediation program is working for attorneys and their clients, pro se parties, mediators and the courts.  There are still several opportunities for attorneys to get to one of these meetings.

The Office of Mediation and Arbitration will be actively seeking input and will be facilitating discussions about how the program is working from each group’s perspective.
