American College of Trial Lawyers Inducts New Fellows

Peter Taylor and Peter Mosseau, and other Fellows, Frederick Upton, Joseph Kerrigan, Dort Bigg, John Friberg, Kenneth Volk, Russell Hilliard, Cathy Green, Michael Callahan, Martha Van Oot and Jeffrey Osburn. | At a recent reception at the McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton office in Manchester, eight New Hampshire attorneys were recognized for their induction into the American College of Trial Lawyers, a selective national organization dedicated to "maintaining and improving the standards of trial practice, the administration of justice and the ethics of the profession."
Fellows in the College are selected advocates who represent plaintiffs and defendants in civil proceedings of all types, as well as prosecutors and criminal defense lawyers. Membership can never be more than one percent of the total lawyer population of any state.
Inducted were: Mark A. Abramson of Abramson, Brown & Dugan in Manchester; Michael P. Lehman of Sulloway & Hollis in Concord; Wilbur A. Glahn, III of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton; Peter W. Mosseau of Nelson, Kinder, Mosseau & Saturley in Manchester; Richard C. Guerriero of the NH Public Defender; Mark L. Sisti of the Sisti Law Office in Chichester; Michael C. Harvell of Sheehan, Phinney, Bass + Green in Manchester; and R. Peter Taylor of McNeill, Taylor & Gallo in Dover.
Also in attendance was Joan Lukey, president-elect of the College and the first woman to be elected to the position.
