NHBA - Bar News Issue

The Chief Justice of the Superior Court is currently in the process of conducting judicial evaluations in accordance with Supreme Court Rule 56 and RSA 490:32 involving the following Justices of the Superior Court for the calendar year 2009:

Superior Court:

Honorable Tina L. Nadeau
Honorable Gillian L. Abramson
Honorable James D. O’Neill, III
Honorable Steven M. Houran

Rockingham County Superior Court
Hillsborough County Superior Court – Northern District
Hillsborough County Superior Court – Northern District
Carroll County Superior Court

Evaluation questionnaires can be obtained from the offices of any of the Clerks of Court listed above or by e-mailing lbeliveau@courts.state.nh.us and should be forwarded to the address that appears below. All responses are treated as confidential and while their content will be shared with the Justice being evaluated, the identity of the respondent will remain anonymous.

All evaluation questionnaires should be submitted not later than JUNE 30, 2009.
