Further Action by the Board of Governors
At the June 26 NHBA Board of Governors meeting, the Board took the following actions:
- Appointed Michael J. Iacopino and Kimberly Weibrecht as NHBA representatives to the Board of Directors of the NH Public Defender.
- Reappointed John Norton, of Keene; Charles L. Greenhalgh, of North Conway; and Katherine B. Stearns, of New London, to the Pro Bono Governing Board.
- Proposed the appointment of Jeanne Herrick, chair of the Committee on Cooperation with the Courts, as an added member of the Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Rules.
- Reviewed two new NHBA Ethics Committee opinions prior their publication and posting to the membership. (See page 25 for summaries of these opinions.)
