Morning Mail: Bar News Editorial Advisory Board Bids Adieu to Leo Graciano
On behalf of the entire New Hampshire Bar News Editorial Advisory Board, I send a fond farewell to our longest serving member, Leo Graciano, who will be leaving us at the end of this term. Leo is an institutional legacy on our board, a veritable library of historic information, and he has been involved with the communications department of the New Hampshire Bar Association since it established the first publications committee in 1991. The publications committee was the precursor to both the New Hampshire Bar News and Bar Journal Editorial Advisory Boards. When the boards were formally separated in 1998, Leo became the first Chair of the Bar News Editorial Advisory Board and he has remained on the board through the current term.
Leo’s service to the New Hampshire Bar Association has been ongoing and invaluable. He has served as the Chair of the Real Property Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association and he has also served on the unauthorized practice of law and statute of limitations desk reference committees. His continued commentary and editorial advice on the Bar News Committee will be greatly missed and we thank him for his years of devoted service both to our committee and to the New Hampshire Bar Association.
Leo received his law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law and he was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in 1975. Leo has specialized in Real Property and Real Estate Law since 1986, and currently works at Laboe Associates, PLLC, in Concord, coordinating the funding aspects of their estate planning practice and managing their real estate conveyancing and related matters.
Our best regards and wishes to you, Leo, now and in the future. Many thanks, from all of us.
Holly B. Haines, Chair NH Bar News Editorial Advisory Board
