NH District Court and Family Division Notice

In accordance with Supreme Court Rule 56 and RSA 490:32, the New Hampshire Judicial Branch Family Division and District Court Administrative Judge routinely conducts judicial evaluations and invites you to participate in this process. The following Judges/Marital Masters are presently being evaluated:

Susan Ashley, Special Justice    Rochester District Court and Family Division
Brackett Scheffy, Justice   Henniker District Court and Henniker and Hooksett Family Division
Robert Foley, Marital Master   Brentwood, Dover and Salem Family Division

An evaluation may be completed online at www.courts.state.nh.us. On the Judicial Branch website, look to the left side of the page under Court Administration, you will see a link for Judicial Performance Evaluations. Click on that link and choose the specific Judge/Marital Master you would like to evaluate. While responses will be shared with the Judges/Marital Masters being evaluated, they are treated as confidential, and the identity of the respondent will remain anonymous.

If you do not have access to the Internet or would prefer a hard copy of the evaluation mailed to you, please e-mail the Office of the Administrative Judge for the District Courts and Family Division, at Lcammett@courts.state.nh.us or call 271-6418 and one will be mailed to you. Please include your name and address, as these questionnaires cannot be e-mailed. As stated above, while responses will be shared with the Judges/Marital Masters being evaluated, they are treated as confidential, and the identity of the respondent will remain anonymous. In fact, if you request a hard copy of the evaluation form, we ask that you do not sign the completed evaluation.

All evaluations must be completed online or be returned no later than August 11, 2009.
