Bar News - August 14, 2009 NHCLS Team Will Run Marathon The NH Campaign for Legal Services (NHCLS), an initiative to support New Hampshire’s legal aid programs serving poor and elderly in the state, has become a charity partner in the Manchester Marathon/Half Marathon, a large road-race set to take place November 1. NHCLS is currently looking for volunteers and contributors for the race and asks any attorneys already planning on running or considering running to join the NHCLS team. Don’t want to run? Then volunteer to man the booth before the race begins, where you can pass out t-shirts, take photos and cheer on runners. Finally, the organization is also seeking sponsors for the team; each sponsor’s name will be printed on a team t-shirt and also on the booth’s banner. If you are considering running the race, but aren’t sure if you’re up to the challenge, Ron Abramson, an attorney for McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, will be offering training programs for any new runners looking to participate.
