Justice Batchelder Receives Blair Medal
Retired Supreme Court Justice William Batchelder was honored recently at the Common Man Inn in Plymouth with the Plymouth State University Blair Medal, which honors distinguished public service on behalf of the University. He is the first recipient of the award.
