Four nominees to the Superior Court and a marital master candidate, named in mid-August, will be vetted by the Executive Council on Sept. 23.
And in mid-September, the Governor’s Judicial Selection Commission posted a notice seeking applicants for seven district court positions. The deadline for applicants is October 23, 2009 (See announcement).
The Superior Court nominees are: Marguerite Wageling, current Hillsborough County Attorney; Richard McNamara of Wiggin & Nourie in Manchester, former NHBA President; David Garfunkel of Gallagher Callahan & Gartrell in Concord; Jacalyn Colburn of the NH Public Defender in Concord.
Lynn Aaby, of Portsmouth, has been nominated as marital master.
