Judicial Branch Posts on Twitter
The New Hampshire Judicial Branch is now posting up-to-date information about the courts on the social networking site Twitter, providing readers with short instant messages about news events and other developments in the courts.
Anyone can visit the NHCourts Twitter page from their computer by going to www.twitter.com/nhcourts. Viewers who subscribe to Twitter, which is free, will receive automatic notices on their Twitter page when the Judicial Branch posts new information.
The communications office expects to post a range of information as soon as it is available, including links to Supreme Court opinions and other breaking news important to the public, such as notices about court closings due to weather or other circumstances.
Another emerging source of useful information for the NH legal community is the NH Law Library blog which posts brief informative articles on how to conduct basic legal research, and passes on other information about the legal system and government.
