NH Supreme Court Orders
Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 37, the Supreme Court appoints Attorney Thomas Donovan, of Manchester, and Attorney George Wattendorf, of Barrington, to serve on the Hearings Committee of the Attorney Discipline System. The terms of Attorney Donovan and Attorney Wattendorf shall commence immediately and shall expire on December 31, 2011.

LD-2009-0007 In the Matter of Stephen R. Kasmar The court on September 21, 2009, issued the following order:
By order dated April 15, 2009, Stephen R. Kasmar was suspended by the Professional Conduct Committee for six months, retroactive to March 1, 2009.
Attorney Kasmar has filed a motion and affidavit for reinstatement in which he states that he has fully complied with the requirements of the suspension order, has paid all required fees and costs, and has successfully completed the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination. The Professional Conduct Committee assents to Attorney Kasmar’s motion for reinstatement. In accordance with Rule 37(14)(f), Attorney Kasmar’s motion for reinstatement to the practice of law is granted. Stephen R. Kasmar is hereby reinstated to the practice of law in New Hampshire.

LD-2009-0001 In the Matter of Martha M. Davis
The court on October 8, 2009, issued the following order:
Attorney Martha M. Davis was suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire for a period of three months, commencing June 1, 2009. Attorney Davis has filed a motion for reinstatement and an affidavit stating that she has fully complied with the terms of the suspension order and requesting that she be reinstated to the practice of law. In accordance with the provisions of Rule 37(14)(f), Attorney Davis’ motion for reinstatement is granted. Attorney Martha M. Davis is reinstated to the practice of law in New Hampshire, effective immediately.
