Title Standards Revised
Carol Brooks, chair of the Title Standards Committee, an entity of the Real Property Law Section, has written an article detailing the changes made in the 2009 revision of the standards. The article will appear in the Jan. 15 issue of Bar News, and is also published in the Newsroom section on the Bar's website.
The revised standards, taking effect Dec. 31, 2009, is posted in the Legal Links area at www.nhbar.org and on the Real Property Law Section materials page (login required).
