Carol Willoughby, an attorney at Bernstein Shur in Manchester, has been appointed to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Leadership Council. She is one of 40 individuals selected nationwide to serve on the council, which is a volunteer board aimed at engaging volunteer leaders and supporters while increasing fundraising results.

Robert B. Welts, of Welts, White & Fontaine in Nashua, was recently presented the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Nashua Bar Association.

Peter R. Brunette of Lakeport was recently elected to serve a one-year term on the Board of Directors of the State Employees Association of New Hampshire (SEIU Local 1984). Peter is a child protection attorney for the State of New Hampshire, Division for Children, Youth and Families in Rochester.
