Bar News - March 19, 2010 NH Probate Court Notices In accordance with Supreme Court Rule 56 and RSA 490:32, Judge David D. King, Probate Court Administrative Judge is in the process of conducting a judicial evaluation of the following judges:
An evaluation may be completed online at www.courts.state.nh.us. From the home page of the Judicial Branch website, scroll to Court Administration and then Judicial Performance Evaluations. Click on that link and choose the specific judge you would like to evaluate. While responses are shared with the judge being evaluated, they are treated as confidential and the identity of the person completing the form will remain anonymous. If you do not have access to the Internet or would prefer a hard copy of the evaluation, please call Patty Cole at 271-7525 or email her at pcole@courts.state.nh.us for a blank questionnaire. All evaluations must be completed online or be returned to the address below no later than April 30, 2010. Broderick Jr. is in the process of conducting a judicial evaluation of the Administrative Judge of the NH Probate Courts, David D. King. Judge King is also the presiding judge in Coos County Probate Court. He is being evaluated in both capacities. An evaluation may be completed online at www.courts.state.nh.us.
