Bar News - March 19, 2010 Searching for an Original Will? If you are searching for an original copy of a will that was prepared by a NH attorney who is either deceased or no longer practicing, the best place to start your search is the Administrative Office of the Probate Court. The Office can be reached at 603-271-7525 and staff members there will do their best to track down the necessary information. If they are unable to help, you may be referred to the Clerk of the NH Supreme Court (603-271-2646), as there are some instances in which the Court has appointed another lawyer to take possession of the client files of a deceased, suspended or disbarred lawyer.
