A record number of Bar members participated in the 2010 Midyear Meeting, held Friday, Feb. 12 at the Radisson Hotel/Center of NH in Manchester.
A standing ovation greeted retired US Supreme Court Justice David H. Souter as he took to the podium following his introduction by NHBA President James J. Tenn, Jr. He captivated the crowd, speaking for almost 45 minutes without notes, tracing the paths he followed to develop his common-law judicial philosophy. The Professionalism Day speaker, former White House aide Egil Krogh, was also warmly received during the morning CLE.
