Bar News - April 16, 2010 NH District Court Notice Judicial Evaluations Notice In accordance with Supreme Court Rule 56 and RSA 490:32, the New Hampshire Judicial Branch District Court Administrative Judge routinely conducts judicial evaluations and invites you to participate in this process. The following Judges are presently being evaluated:
An evaluation may be completed online at www.courts.state.nh.us. After clicking that link, choose the specific Judge you would like to evaluate. While responses will be shared with the Judges being evaluated, they are treated as confidential, and the identity of the respondent will remain anonymous. If you do not have access to the Internet or would prefer a hard copy of the evaluation mailed to you, please e-mail the Office of the Administrative Judge for the District Courts and Family Division, at Lcammett@courts.state.nh.us or call 271-6418 and one will be mailed to you. Please include your name and address, as these questionnaires cannot be e-mailed. As stated above, while responses will be shared with the Judges being evaluated, they are treated as confidential, and the identity of the respondent will remain anonymous. In fact, if you request a hard copy of the evaluation form, we ask that you do not sign the completed evaluation. All evaluations must be completed online or be returned no later than May 17, 2010. |
