State of New Hampshire Administrative Orders

Superior Court Administrative Order Number 2010-39
District Court Administrative Order Number 2010-14

Upon bindover of any felony, pursuant to RSA 502-A:13, jurisdiction over the felony matter is immediately transferred to teh superior court. All ball orders, as set by the district court in such matteers, shall remain effective until such time as the superior court either amends or replaces that order.
