Karen McGinley - Home Rescue Team
With the sharp rise in foreclosures, the Pro Bono Program began receiving more and more calls for help from desperate homeowners. Karen McGinley took one such case and saw an opportunity to recruit other non-litigators to get involved. Karen, with assistance from New Hampshire Supreme Court Justice James Duggan and the Pro Bono staff, so far has recruited more than 46 volunteer attorneys.
