After Hours? Use Drop Box for Appeals


The NH Supreme Court has installed a brown mailbox in front of the Administrative Office of the Courts building to be used as a drop box only for documents to be filed with the NH Supreme Court. The contents of the drop box will be removed at the start of business each day that the court is open.

A notice posted on the box reads:

"Before depositing documents for filing in this drop box, be certain that you have indicated the date and time of your deposit on the documents (or on the envelope containing the documents).

"If the documents (or the envelope containing them) do not indicate both the date and time of deposit, the documents will be deemed to have been filed on the date that the documents are removed from the drop box."
