Roberta A. Baker, Vice President, NH and Vermont Counsel for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, was recently elected President of the New England Land Title Association at its annual convention in Bretton Woods. The New England Land Title Association is the premier resource for education, information and networking for the New England title industry.

Robert Wells, an attorney at McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, was recently elected to the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Foundation, a charitable arm of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, which promotes scholarship and education in trust, estate, tax and related areas of law and civic engagement.

Three New Hampshire Bar members were appointed to the board of the NH Charitable Foundation. Jeffrey Crocker, a partner of Tower & Crocker in Jaffrey was appointed chair of the NHCF Monadnock Region Advisory Board. Stephen Bragdon, president and owner of Bragdon & Berkson in Keene, and Norman Makechnie, a partner at Blodgett, Makechnie & Lawrence in Peterborough, were also appointed to the board.
