PANH Holds 27th Annual Meeting
The Paralegal Association of New Hampshire (PANH) will hold its 27th Annual Meeting on Friday, Sept. 17, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, 900 Elm Street in Manchester.
There will be half-and full-day continuing legal education options in the areas of criminal law, litigation, intellectual property law, and healthcare to celebrate Paralegal Week, declared by Gov. Lynch for the week of September 13, 2010.
Chief Justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court John T. Broderick, Jr. will deliver the keynote address: "Challenges Confronting the State Courts: Access to Justice in the 21st Century."
Speakers at the seminar include: Chief Medical Examiner for the State of New Hampshire Dr. Thomas Andrew; Adam Hamel, McLane Law Firm (Litigation); Scott Rand and Mark Wright, McLane (Intellectual Property Law); and Sarah Murdough, Sulloway & Hollis (Health Care Reform Act).
