NH Supreme Court Orders
Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 38-A, the Supreme Court reappoints retired Superior Court Justice Kathleen McGuire and District Court Judge James H. Leary to the Advisory Committee on Judicial Ethics. The terms of Justice McGuire and Judge Leary shall commence on September 1, 2010 and expire on September 1, 2013.

Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 37(3), the Supreme Court reappoints Thomas P. Connair, Toni M. Gray, and Julie A. Introcaso, to the Professional Conduct Committee of the Attorney Discipline System. The terms of these members shall commence on January 1, 2011, and shall expire on December 31, 2013.

LD-2010-0011 In the Matter of Joseph Anthony Ritzo The court on October 14, 2010, issued the following order:
In accordance with Rule 37(14)(f), Joseph A. Ritzo filed a motion for reinstatement to the practice of law. Attorney Ritzo’s motion for reinstatement is granted. He is reinstated to the practice of law in New Hampshire, effective immediately.

ADM-2010-0062 In the Matter of Brian J. Archambault The court on October 26, 2010, issued the following order:
The court has been notified that Brian J. Archambault was suspended by the bar association for non-payment of dues and has not been reinstated. In light of Brian J. Archambault’s disbarment dated September 16, 2010, in LD-2010-0003, In the Matter of Brian Joseph Archambault, the court concludes that no further action is required in this matter.
If Brian J. Archambault should seek readmission in the future, he shall be required to comply with Supreme Court Rule 42-A in addition to satisfying the other requirements of Rule 37(14).
This order is entered by a single justice (Hicks, J.). See Rule 21(7).

ADM-2010-0030 In the Matter of Jason J. Sakellar The court on October 27, 2010, issued the following order:
On June 4, 2010, Attorney Jason J. Sakellar was suspended from the practice of law in New Hampshire for failure to comply with the MCLE requirements for the reporting year ending June 30, 2009. The MCLE Committee has reported that Attorney Sakellar in now in compliance with the requirements and has filed a motion for reinstatement of Attorney Sakellar. The motion for reinstatement is granted. Attorney Sakellar is reinstated to the practice of law in New Hampshire, effective immediately.

ADM-2009-0188 In the Matter of Anthony M. Bonanno, Esq. The court on October 27, 2010, issued the following order:
Attorney Anthony Bonanno has paid the $200 in fees assessed for late filing of his 2009 trust accounting certificate. In light of Attorney Bonanno’s statement that he did not receive the court’s late notices and show cause order, the court’s order of December 31, 2009, suspending him from the practice of law is vacated. He shall be deemed to have been in good standing at all relevant times since December 31, 2009.
