US Bankruptcy Court Opinion Summary

In re KS Realty, Inc. and Pointe Luck, LLC, 2011 BNH 001, issued Jan. 5, 2011 (Deasy, J.) (unpublished) (disallowing a claim by a real estate broker pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 502(b)(1) as the broker had no right to a commission under New Hampshire state law and therefore no allowable claim against the debtors).
