Gov. Lynch discusses the recent bill against texting with students of Concord High School. Governor Lynch and Chief Justice Linda Stewart Dalianis visited the school to celebrate Law Day. As part of the Law Day celebration, the NH Bar Association Law Related Education Program coordinates teachers, lawyers and judges for its A Lawyer and Judge in Every School.
