Jennifer Parent Takes Office as 2011-12 Bar President

| Jennifer Parent, of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, took office as President of the NH Bar Association on June 25, 2011, at the Annual Meeting, held at the Omni Mount Washington Resort in Bretton, Woods.
See page 2 for "The Ripple Effect," Parent’s remarks on taking office. The president’s gavel was passed to her by outgoing NHBA President Marilyn Billings McNamara, of Upton Hatfield. McNamara’s colleague, Douglas Hatfield, was among six of the 50-year members attending the Annual Meeting.

An initiative spearheaded by Parent, the NHBA Leadership Academy, graduated its first class.
