NH Bar Foundation: IOLTA Leadership Bank Spotlight - Merrimack County Savings Bank
 Richard Uchida, a member of the NH Bar Foundation Board, presents Paul Rizzi, president of Merrimack County Savings Bank, with the IOLTA Leadership Bank plaque. The presentation is part of an ongoing effort to provide greater recognition of the contributions of banks to the success of the IOLTA program.
This year marks the 29th year of the IOLTA program in NH, one of the first programs started in the US. | The New Hampshire Bar Foundation, on behalf of the NH legal community, thanks Merrimack County Savings Bank for its steadfast support of the Interest on Lawyers Trust Account program, and its participation as a Leadership Bank in 2010-2011.

Contributes to the success of the IOLTA program by offering interest rates of 2% or more on IOLTA accounts.
Merrimack County Savings Bank’s Impact With the revenue earned through the IOLTA Program, Merrimack County Savings Bank helped more than 19,000 residents receive critical civil legal services in the fiscal year ended May 31, 2011. These services alleviate poverty and suffering and help the communities it serves in central and southern New Hampshire.
IOLTA accounts at Merrimack County Savings generated $45,447 in interest revenue.
