Bar News - April 13, 2012 Morning Mail: Keeping Justice System Credible I just want to echo the important sentiment that Michael Tigar expressed at the Midyear Meeting: that unless everyone has access to the justice system, the entire justice system loses its credibility. The recent cuts to Legal Services Corporation for legal representation to low-income people hurt all of us because it inhibits access to justice for all.
