Bar News - July 13, 2012 Superior Court Judicial Evaluation Notice The Chief Justice of the Superior Court is currently in the process of conducting judicial evaluations in accordance with Supreme Court Rule 56 and RSA 490:32 and invites you to participate in this process. The following Justices are presently being evaluated:
An evaluation may be completed online at www.courts.state.nh.us. If you do not have access to the Internet or would prefer to have a hard copy of the evaluation mailed to you, please email the Superior Court Center, at lbeliveau@courts.state.nh.us or call 271-2030 and one will be mailed to you. Please include your name and address, as these questionnaires cannot be emailed. As stated above, while responses will be shared with the Justices being evaluated, they are treated as confidential, and the identity of the respondent will remain anonymous. In fact, if you request a hard copy of the evaluation form, we ask that you do not sign the completed evaluation. The deadline for evaluations to be completed online or returned has been extended to AUGUST 15, 2012 to allow anyone who hasn’t had the opportunity to complete an evaluation to do so. Your help with this evaluation process is invaluable and we greatly appreciate your taking the time to help us with this endeavor. |
