Nina Gardner to Retire
 Nina Gardner | Nina Gardner, longtime executive director of the NH Judicial Council will be retiring Oct. 1.
In late July, the NH Judicial Council began seeking applications to fill the post of executive director, a non-classified position within the executive branch.
Primary responsibilities include oversight, management and funding for indigent defense delviery system, including administration of the contract attorney program. Duties also include advocacy for legislation and budget relating to civil legal services funding and matters relating broadly to the administration of justice.
