Retired US Supreme Court Justice David H. Souter attracted a capacity crowd to Concord’s Capitol Center for the Arts on Sept. 14, sharing his views on the Constitution in a wide-ranging interview with PBS journalist Margaret Warner. The event was the kickoff to a statewide civic education awareness effort, Constitutionally Speaking, that will also include several events to stimulate discussion about our system of government and the need for more civics education, and the development of a civics curriculum.
