Pro Bono: Building Our Volunteer Capacity
The NHBA Pro Bono Referral Program is about more than just referring cases.
This month, a small group of attorneys will participate in "Divorce Camp," a three-night series of sessions to provide practical training and mentoring as the participants begin working on Pro Bono cases. A number of past Divorce Camp participants have quickly become stalwart Pro Bono volunteers.
Also, Pro Bono is partnering with NHBA•CLE to produce a series of five, one-hour lunchtime webcasts, the "Virtual Learn@Lunch" webcast series on selected topics – covering eviction law, bankruptcy and divorce, debt collection, and civil annulments of criminal records, and general client relations.
