2013 Leadership Academy Kick-Off

The 2013 class of the NH Bar Association Leadership Academy kicked off the nine-month program with a retreat Oct. 26-27. Held at the NH Bar Center, the first day of the program featured lively workshops by leadership expert and educator Michael Brandwein. Leadership Academy participants will spend the next few months completing a series of education modules on topics such as media relations and the future of law practice. They also will engage in learning activities, including shadowing a judge and interviewing a reporter, which are designed to provide real-world experience.
The NHBA Leadership Academy aims to identify, inspire and train emerging leaders in the legal profession in New Hampshire. This is the third year the Bar Association has offered the program.
