Morning Mail - Raising Awareness of Charitable Giving Options
To Estate Planning Professionals:
A number of legal, accounting and investment professionals have been meeting with representatives of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation on a regular basis. The purpose of these meetings was to develop strategies to increase awareness among professionals and the public as to available charitable giving options. It has been brought to our attention that many of our fellow professionals (attorneys, CPAs, certified financial planners, money managers, etc.) are unaware of the multitude of charitable giving techniques and strategies that are available to their clients. To address this issue, we intend to pull together a list of professionals who are willing and able to speak on an informal, non-fee basis with other professionals about charitable giving techniques.
If you have skills in the area of charitable giving, we would like to include your name, business address and contact information on this list of professionals. We plan to make this list available to the staff of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation and perhaps publish this list in certain selected trade publications such as Bar News. If you are interested in working with us on this project, we ask that you contact us soon. It is our goal to assemble this information within the next few weeks.
Thank you very much for your consideration.
