New Corporate Form Issued by NH Securities Regulators

THE SECURITIES REGULATION Bureau of the NH Secretary of State's Office has developed a new, streamlined Form SRA (Addendum to Business Organization and Registration Forms) that is required with all new domestic corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and foreign corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships and limited liability partnerships registered in New Hampshire.

The new forms will replace forms now in use, although the existing forms will be accepted until at least April 1, 2003, according to the department. In the past, there were separate forms for each of the eight entity types.

The form (available in PDF format) can be completed online and mailed in with the appropriate fee. Visit http://www.state.nh.us/sos/corporate/ for a list of forms, or contact the Securities Regulation Bureau at 271-1463 if you have additional questions.
