INCUMBENTS AND VETERANS of the NH Bar Association Board of Governors make up the slate of candidates seeking election as officers and representatives on the Board of Governors for the 2003-2004 Bar year.

The 2003-2004 NHBA Board of Governors officially takes office following the conclusion of the NHBA Annual Meeting, to be held June 26-29, 2003, at The Balsams Grand Resort in Dixville Notch. Heading the BOG will be Russell F. Hilliard, of Upton & Hatfield, the current president-elect, who will take office as NHBA president following the Annual Meeting. On this year’s ballot will be current NHBA Vice President James D. Gleason, who has been nominated by the Board as president-elect. Former Bar Secretary Richard Y. Uchida hopes to return to Board service with his uncontested bid for vice president.
