Bar News - April 4, 2003 Morning Mail New County Attorney Thanks Supporters Thank you to each and every one of you who supported me for Hillsborough County attorney. After a long legal battle, the people of Hillsborough County finally have their county attorney at work and doing the job I was elected to do. Thank you for the true grassroots support whose effort allowed us to be victorious. Thank you for the literature drops, sign placements, poll standing, observing at the recount and support at the Ballot Law Commission and at the New Hampshire Supreme Court hearing. Thank you to attorneys Chuck Douglas and Kevin Leonard for their professionalism and wisdom during those trying times at the Ballot Law Commission and Supreme Court. A special thank you to my family, friends, legislators, executive councilors, the governor and his staff for their support. The office of the Hillsborough County attorney is not my office; it is the office of the people of Hillsborough County. I invite each one of you to call, write or drop by.
