NH Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Rules - Public Hearing Notice
 

The New Hampshire Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Rules will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4, 2003, at the Supreme Court Building on Noble Drive in Concord, to receive the views of any member of the public, the bench, or the bar on court rules changes which the Committee is considering for possible recommendation to the Supreme Court.

Copies of the specific changes being considered by the Committee are available on request to the secretary of the Committee at the N.H. Supreme Court Building, Noble Drive, Concord, New Hampshire 03301 (Tel. 271-2646). In addition, the changes being considered are available on the Internet at: http://www.courts.state.nh.us/committees/adviscommrules/index.htm

The changes being considered concern the following rules:

A. SUPREME COURT RULES

  1. Supreme Court Rule 24 re mandates.
  2. Supreme Court Rule 37 re committee on professional conduct.
  3. Supreme Court Rule 37A rules and procedures of the committee on professional conduct.
  4. Supreme Court Rule 38, Application of the Code of Judicial Conduct section A, re code of judicial conduct.
  5. Supreme Court Rule 38, Application of the Code of Judicial Conduct section C, re code of judicial conduct.
  6. Supreme Court Rule 50-B re professional liability insurance certification requirement.

B. SUPERIOR COURT RULES

  1. Superior Court Rule 86 re trustees.
  2. C. SUPERIOR COURT ADMINISTRATIVE RULES

  3. Superior Court Administrative Rule 12-1 re the marital master program.
  4. Superior Court Administrative Rule 12-3 re the marital master program.
  5. Superior Court Administrative Rule 12-4 re the marital master program.
  6. Superior Court Administrative Rule 12-7 re the marital master program.
  7. Superior Court Administrative Rule 12-8 re the marital master program.
  8. Superior Court Administrative Rule 12-9 re the marital master program.
  9. Superior Court Administrative Rules 12-11, 12-12, 12-17, and 12-18 re the marital master program.
  10. Superior Court Administrative Rule 12-13 re the marital master program.
  11. Superior Court Administrative Rule 12-14 re the marital master program.
  12. Superior Court Administrative Rule 12-16 re the marital master program.
  13. Superior Court Administrative Rules chapter 13 re the regular and special master program.

D. DISTRICT AND MUNICIPAL COURT RULES

  1. District and Municipal Court Rule 3.22 re trustees.
  2. E. PROBATE COURT RULES

  3. Probate Court Rule 86 re trustees.

Comments on any of the court rules changes which the Committee is considering for possible recommendation to the Supreme Court may be submitted in writing to the secretary of the Committee at any time on or before June 3, 2003, or may be made at the hearing on June 4, 2003.

All suggestions for other rules changes may be submitted in writing to the secretary of the Committee for consideration by the committee in the future.
