DISTRICT COURT PROSECUTOR - The duties of this full-time position include prosecuting all matters that come before the District Court on behalf of the Conway Police Department. This position includes assisting law enforcement, coordinating efforts with the County Attorney’s office, reviewing cases, presenting cases in the District and Family Courts to completion. Responsibilities for pre and post conviction hearings are also expected. This position requires an ability to manage a large caseload with minimal supervision. Additional duties and responsibilities are incorporated into Department Rules and Regulations. The qualified candidate will possess a J.D. from a recognized law school, be admitted to the NH Bar Association and licensed to practice in the State of NH. 2-4 years experience appearing in the District or Superior Court is preferred.
