NH Bar Foundation News: Bar Foundation Selects Honorary Fellows
The New Hampshire Bar Foundation will honor its 2013 Honorary Fellows, Emily G. Rice and Philip R. Waystack Jr., at the annual Fellows & Donors Reception at the conclusion of the NH Bar Midyear Meeting.
Rice, a business litigator at the Manchester office of Bernstein Shur, served as chair of the NH Bar Foundation Board of Directors from 2001 to 2003, and as co-chair of the Judicial Selection Commission created by Gov. Lynch.
Waystack of Waystack Frizzell Trial Lawyers practices personal injury litigation. A past president of the NH Bar from 1986 to 1987, he served as co-chair of former Governor John Lynch’s Judicial Selection Commission from 2005 to 2012 and as a member of former Governor Jeanne Shaheen’s Judicial Selection Commission from 2000 to 2003.
Rice and Waystack will be honored at the reception, which will include a salute to IOLTA Leadership Banks and inroduction of the 2013 Justice Grant recipients. The reception is scheduled for 5:15 p.m. Friday, March 8, at the Radisson Hotel/Center of NH in Manchester.
