In Memoriam: Pierre O. Caron
Pierre O. "Pete" Caron of Bedford died unexpectedly Jan. 15, 2013, at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester. He was 74.
Caron was born in Nashua on July 4, 1938, and was raised there. He attended Assumption Prep and Assumption College, both in Worcester, Mass., and received his law degree from Boston College Law School. A resident of Bedford for the past 35 years, he worked as an attorney for Public Service of New Hampshire for many years and most recently for the NH Department of Labor.
Pete was a member of the Legion of One Thousand Men at Precious Blood and was an active volunteer at St. Elizabeth Seton Church where he was a parishioner.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Jeanne (Beauchemin) Caron of Bedford; two sons, David Caron and his wife, Anne, of Bedford, Mass., and Paul Caron and his wife, Jennifer DeVine, of Hillsboro, Ore.; and his five grandchildren, Laura, Andrew, Ellie, Alex and one on the way.
