TRANSACTIONS WITH PERSONS OTHER THAN CLIENTS
Rule 4.5: Subpoenas

A lawyer shall not issue or obtain the issuance of a subpoena without good cause.

Rule 4.5 continues the existing New Hampshire Rule, for which there is no Model Rule counterpart.
