Updated for the sixth edition, the NH Bar Association's Traps for the Unwary includes tips and advice on everything from attachments, auto accident coverage, and ethical questions, to social host liability, wills, taxes, and much more.

The book was updated this year by members of the NHBA New Lawyers Committee. Intended primarily for newer attorneys, the book is also a useful refresher for lawyers handling cases outside their regular practice areas.

Filed Your NHMCLE affidavit yet?
Join more than 3,000 members who used the Attorney Reporting Tool to complete all the required steps for reporting their NHMCLE credits for the July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015 year.

After Oct. 1, late fees will be assessed for attorneys who have not filed the compliance affidavit and paid the $10 filing fee.
