Indoor Pool
Water aerobics use the natural resistance and buoyancy of water against your body to provide a wide variety of conditioning activity. No swimming is required and flotation devices are used frequently.

9:45 - 11 a.m. "Get Axed" - Adult Axe Throwing
Activities Center
A fun and friendly competition, where you throw an axe at a designated target from 20 feet away. Those interested in axe throwing will meet at the Activities Center at 9:45 to fill out a liability form and receive a brief tutorial and safety instructions. After the tutorial you will be led to the axe field where the hotel will begin the competition. Axe throwing is for ages 15 and older. Axes will be provided.
11 a.m. - noon Hotel History Tour

Join the hotel tour and learn the history of how this amazing property was established from 1865 until the present.
11:30 - 11:45 a.m. Wine Cellar Tour
Resort Lobby
Join a fifteen minute tour of 1865, the premier fine dining restaurant located in the resort's slate lined wine cellar. During the tour you will visit the wine cellar, learn about our fine dining options, review the menu, and receive a quick overview of the comprehensive wine selection.

Mountain View Farm
Whether you have ducks or chickens, or you're curious about raising them, this special talk delves into the raising process in-depth. Explore the bird environment and meet some of the flock. Bring questions and barn shoes! All ages are welcome!

The trained Mountaineering Club coordinators host imaginative, interactive activities for youngster's ages 5 and up while parents can enjoy some time on their own. Barnyard
Join the farmer in the barnyard for a half hour educational farm tour for all ages. You'll meet one of the hens up close, learn about four breeds of sheep, visit the goats inside their pen, feel samples of varieties of animal fiber, and say "good morning" to the rabbits, llamas and alpacas. Questions are encouraged as you learn about our farm animals, their personalities and ways to interact with them.

Barn Fiber Studio
Join the barn for a fun new way of using raw fiber, yarn and feathers from the farm to felt and create a one of a kind dream catcher to bring home! This class teaches intermediate level of wet felting, yet can be easily learned by beginners. Ages 10+ Cost: $25.

The NHBA's room block at the Mountain View Grand is nearly full. The hotel may have a few suites available (outside of the group block). Please contact the Mountain View Grand reservation department directly at 866-801-3653 for availability and information.
