||Supporting Members of the Legal Profession and their Service to the Public and Justice System
||NHBA is a trusted leader and key partner in serving the interests of lawyers, their clients, the public and the justice system through our continuing commitment to sustaining the values of professionalism, excellence, innovation and access to justice.
|Goal Area 1 -
||Supporting lawyers in the practice of law.
A) Providing members with resources and information to achieve professional success.
B) Assisting members with practice and career development.
C) Engaging members with one another and the Association.
D) Meeting the intergenerational needs of lawyers.
|Goal Area 2 -
||Ensuring the justice system remains fair, impartial and accessible to all.
A) Advocating for adequate funding for the courts and legal services.
B) Supporting Pro Bono and the NHBA's other legal services programs.
C) Collaborating with all branches of government and the law school to address issues that impede the administration of justice.
D) Fostering public respect and confidence in the justice system and the role of lawyers.

||Acting as facilitator and convener for all parties interested in the judicial system, the practice of law, and the administration of justice generally.
A) Establishing open and continuing dialogue with those having a stake in the legal system and the advancement of justice.
B) Promoting the Association as a resource for those interested in advancing the norms of a just society, especially where legal matters are concerned.

||Cultivating the Bar Association as the key association for the legal profession.
A) Effectively communicating and engaging with our members.
B) Engaging in good governance practices.
C) Establishing criteria for program evaluation and priority setting.
D) Ensuring financial solvency and administrative efficiencies.
E) Supporting a mutually efficacious relationship with the Association's philanthropic entity, the New Hampshire Bar Foundation.
