Advice for Those Attending
Some important details you need to know:
  1. Over 400 members have registered for the Midyear Meeting CLE programming. If you are signed up for the Professionalism Day morning session with Cynthia Sharp, please plan to arrive as early as possible. The registration desk will open at 8 a.m. outside the ballroom at the Center of NH. In order for us to begin on time, we need to get you checked and through the classroom doors by 8:45 a.m. Announcments/program begins as soon after 8:45 a.m. as possible.
  2. You will receive tickets for all events you signed up for when you check in at the registration desk (outside ballroom).
  3. We are recording both CLE programs. It is very important if you have a question during the program that you speak into a microphone.
  4. The Honors and Awards Luncheon will follow the morning CLE program and will be held in the Armory. Have your ticket ready! The lunch option this year will be a lemon herbed chicken with risibisi. Those who have informed us about special needs (allergies, etc) will have a special meal ticket to put at their place at lunch.
  5. For those of you who have signed up for the entire day of programming, the afternoon CLE begins promptly at 2 p.m. Have your ticket ready! The ticket collectors will be at the doorway at 1:30 p.m.
  6. For those of you who may have signed up for the afternoon CLE only, you will need to stop by the registration desk to pick up your luncheon ticket and your CLE ticket before 11:30 a.m.
  7. Parking: We have arranged for discounted parking of $5.00 for the attendees of this program. PLEASE BRING YOUR PARKING TICKET WITH YOU TO THE NHBA REGISTRATION DESK.
  8. PLEASE NOTE: Because of the tight schedule and complexity of this meeting please be aware that, in case of bad weather, we will not be delaying or cancelling.
We are expecting a large crowd so again, please arrive early.
